Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate and continue Therapy Sessions Diploma and Higher Education Not taking Part in any other Psychological Treatment

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking Medications that Reduce Ronsciousness Trauma or Brain Damage Lack of Motivation to Participate in Meetings
