Intervention 1: Intervention group: Capacitive Tecar is used for 10 minutes with a frequency of 600 kHz and resistive Tecar is used for 10 minutes with a frequency of 450 kHz. Intensity in both types

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 40 years old Presence of trigger point and tight band in the upper trapezius muscle according to Simon et al Diffuse pain in response to pressure on trigger points
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a history of neck surgery Neck discopathy Pregnancy Whiplash injury The presence of metal in the body Pacemaker
