Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group 1: At the end of operation, the continuous infusion pump with a total volume of 100 cc containing dexmedetomidine 50 micro grams and sterile water
6 cc per hour is connected to the epidural catheter. Intervention 2: Intervention group 2: At the end of the operation, the continuous infusion pump with a total volume of 100 cc containing Ropivacain
6 cc per hour is connected to the epidural catheter.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients between 20-60 years old candidate for reconstructive urethral surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of cardiac disease ( Syncope, Arrhythmia and bradycardia) History of allergic reaction to drug which is used in the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Erection after the reconstructive urethral surgery. Timepoint: Daily for one week. Method of measurement: Questionnaire (quality and degree of erection).
