Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient's consent to participate in the study Candidate of phototherapy at Razi Hospital Generalized plaque type psoriasis Patients who have not taken a systemic, topical drug in the last 3 months Age 18-75 years Both sexes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy Breastfeeding A history of allergy to ginger Photosensitive diseases like lupus and porphyria Alcohol and Tobacco Systemic and topical administration of anti-psoriasis drugs Liver and kidney disease, diabetes, hypertension and coagulation disorders
