Intervention 1: Intervention group: will take anison capsule twice a day for a month . Intervention 2: Control group: will take placebo capsule filled with starch powder twice a day for a month .

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Infants weigh at birth is between 2.5 and 4 kg Mature infants at birth (more than 37 weeks)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Absence of exclusive breastfeeding Severe maternal disease Severe emotional and psychological problems in the mother Mothers who have breast problems such as abscesses, nipple depression, or lack of mammary gland tissue Mothers taking drugs intervening milk production and antibiotics Abnormalities, illnesses or malnutrition that require hospitalization in infant
