Inclusion criteria: All patients who are candidates for bariatric surgery with a body mass index of 40-50
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients with BMI over 50

Method of measurement: Weight is measured with a digital scale in the clinic and the percentage of weight loss compared to the initial weight is calculated.;Study of improvement in diabetes after surgery.
