Morbid Obesity. Obesity due to excess calories

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Metformin tablets 1000 mg of Zagros factory should be taken orally twice a day for 3 months. Intervention 2: Control group: Placebo Zagros factory to take the drug

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Body Mass Index between 40-50 Patients who underwent laparoscopic sleeve surgery No history of sensitivity to metformin No corticosteroid use

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having any co-morbidities with morbid obesity Having any complications after the operation Pregnancy History of digoxin use

Measure	Time frame
Weight loss after gastric sleeve laparoscopic surgery. Timepoint: on the 10th, 30th and 90th days after the operation. Method of measurement: Use of weighing scales.	—
