Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a Body Mass Index (BMI) of 40 or more Patients aged 18 to 65 years Insensitivity to pantoprazole Patients who underwent primary single anastomotic bypass surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who do not want to continue the study and withdraw will be excluded from the study. Patients who are not able to continue the treatment due to special conditions at each stage of the plan. Patients who show sensitivity due to the use of pantoprazole and side effects. Patients who take aspirin, NSAIDs, corticosteroids, blood thinners, or oral anticoagulants. Patients who smoke, hookah and any tobacco. Patients who undergo a change in the prescription dose of pantoprazole due to the complication or the prescription of an antacid drug or H2 blocker at the same time.
