Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age:18-65 year OAGB surgery BMI 40-50

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Revision surgery Presence of hiatal hernia of any size Grade D or Barrett's reflux esophagitis Pregnancy during the study period Smoking, alcohol and NSAIDs

Reflux. Timepoint: Before surgery - 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: ?Endoscopy_ GERD score questionaire.;Dumping. Timepoint: Six months after surgery. Method of measurement: Dumping questionaire.
