Inclusion criteria: Have a bachelor's degree in nursing In the hospitals of Namazi and martyr Dr. faghihi are employed Willing to participate in the study Have at least one year of clinical experience

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of participation in at least 2 workshops Defects in the correct completion of questionnaires Participate in similar meetings
