Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Mothers working in government institutions in Bushehr having a fixed work shift being married and living with their spouse intending to use maternity leave for 6 to 9 full months having 6 weeks of maternity leave remaining at the start of the intervention having a newborn single child being the mother's first child
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Having a degree in psychology Having a spouse or other family member with a disability or specific illness A newborn child with a specific disability or disease Current neurological or psychiatric illness of the individual or their spouse Part-time or remote work after maternity leave and during the intervention Take a longer leave period that exceeds the 9 months of maternity leave. Individual's withdrawal from continuing employment during the intervention Recent participation in workshops or classes similar to the intervention
