Inclusion criteria: Use more than one drug category for the patient Patient being hospitalized for at least 3 days in ICU

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Discharge or the death of patient earlier than 3 days

Drug interactions. Timepoint: Measurement of the incidence of drug interactions at the same time as the drug is registered in the software and its continuous review during at least 3 days of patients hospitalization in the ICU. Method of measurement: Drug interactions check list.
