Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: thin gingival biotype(less than 3 mm) minimum 6 mm bone width and 8 mm bone height intact soft tissue without bone augmentatin before and after implant placement

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: patient 18 years old and less than medical contraindication for implant surgery history of periodontitis, uncontrolled diabetes, cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption
