Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All of 60 to 75 year old people who are suffering from speech in noise perception

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Normal hearing thresholds in 250 to 4000 Hz No cognition impairment according to Mini mental state examination(MMSE). High school diploma degree and upper The age between 60 to 75 years old Right handedness Be Persian Speech perception in noise difficulty Normal middle ear function

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Informational masking. Timepoint: Sentence correct recognition score with Persian version of Coordinate Response Measure(CRM) in three times: before the training, immediately and 1 month after that. Method of measurement: Informational masking test.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Speech, Spatial and Qualities of Hearing Scale(SSQ) score. Timepoint: In three times: before the training and immediately and 1 month after that. Method of measurement: Measure a listener's self-reported ability to hear in a variety of everyday situations according to SSQ sub tests: speech perception, spatial hearing and quality of hearing according to a 10 degree scale.
