Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient more than 18 years old, hospitalized in the intensive care unit Under mechanical ventilation Asynchrony index more than 10%

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Extubation Severe changes in vital sings Scientific or practical need to change the ventilator mode

Asynchrony. Timepoint: Before the intervention and one hour after the intervention. Method of measurement: Ventilator device and clinical observation.
