Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: "All of the Bachelor of Science in Nursing students"

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Taking medication for high level anxiety and Mental disorder Low level in Nursing Stress Scale. Clinical experience before University entrance.

MeasureTime frame
The cognitive load test score of the questionnaire consists of three sub-scales, which are Extraneous cognitive load , Intrinsic cognitive load Germane load. Timepoint: The measurement of cognitive variable is taken at the end of experiment. Method of measurement: The thirteen-question Cognitive Load questionnaire made by Leppink and colleagues in 2013.;The learning performance is evaluated based on the result of the researcher-made questionnaire. The questions in this questionnaire are about the content of the nursing education video which is used in the intervention. Timepoint: The assessment of the learning performance at the beginning and end of the experiment is done about 3 hours. Method of measurement: The researcher-made learning performance questionnaire.;Spielberger's State Anxiety Scale score is an indication of the current one's state of anxiety. Timepoint: The assessment of anxiety in the beginning and the middle of the experiment is done about 2 hours. Method of measurement: Spielberger's State Anxiety Scale.
