Inclusion criteria: Non Insulin Type 2 Diabetic People ( Male and Female 40 - 60 Y) Affection Period of 5-10 Years Controlled Blood Sugar. 11030 Sec

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Neuropathy, Nephropathy, Retinopathy, Diabetic Foot Cardiovascular, Pulmonary, Liver, Thyroid Diseases Musculoskeletal Disorders of Lower Limbs Addiction to Drugs and Alcohol Sedentary People and those who have had Regular Exercise Since more than a Year ago
