Inclusion criteria: Insured Persons Health Insurance Organization Age between 15 and 50 years People who are at high percentile costs in the six months of the year before study Satisfaction of the subjects studied
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Dissatisfaction of the subjects studied Individuals from the control group who during the study had an effective education in accordance with sanitation training in any way. Patients with severe and late-onset illness Specific Patients (ms, hemophilia, kidney transplantation)
