18 Years to 35 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range between 18 and 35 Semi-professional athlete that exercises averagely between 12 to 14 hours a week History of pain in anterior and superior part of the shoulder which has been lasting more than a week in last 6 months Acquiring 3 of the following states: Neer test is positive. Hawkins Kennedy test is positive. Job test is positive. Pain in flexion and abduction of the shoulder. Pain in abduction or resisting lateral rotation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: BMI (Body Mass Index) is more than 30 Pain intensity is more than 8 according to the VAS standard during the last 24 hours Taking anti-inflammatory drugs 48 hours before the test Corticosteroid was been injected during the last 6 months Systemic diseases like rheumatoid arthritis History of arm dislocation or fracture Osteoporesis History of shoulder surgical operation. Compression or dislocation test is positive Sulcus test or Shear test or Load test is positive
