Intervention group: Patients with Low-Risk Nonmetastatic Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia will undergo a second uterine curettage by a Gynecologist- Oncologist..

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants had either a complete or partial mole at their first curettage Women with Low-Risk Nonmetastatic Gestational Trophoblastic Neoplasia Normal Chest X-ray Patients with an initial registration hCG level >20 mIU/mL (in order to minimize inclusion of patients with false-positive hCG tests from circulating heterophilic antibody) Patients without history of chemotherapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with a first curettage diagnosis of choriocarcinoma, placental-site trophoblastic tumor or epithelioid trophoblastic tumor.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
To evaluate the efficacy of second uterine curettage in patients with low-risk, nonmetastatic gestational trophoblastic neoplasia (GTN). Timepoint: After and 6 months after the surgery. Method of measurement: Quantitative B-hCG assay and sonography.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Adverse events of the second curettage ( Bleeding, Asherman syndrome, uterine rupture and uterine injury ). Timepoint: After and 6 months after the surgery. Method of measurement: Observation and questionnaire, CBC, Sonography.
