| Foot Reflexology Massage: The purpose of foot reflexology is to perform relaxation techniques on the foot of the foot. Massage by the researcher lasts for 20 minutes, which is 10 minutes per foot. First, grease the patient's sole for 1 minute using sesame oil (which is neutral oil). Then, with a straight thumb, we insert a straight pressure on the point of the solar system of each foot, which extends along the second and third fingers at the one third of the upper and middle of the foot of the foot, in the position where the foot is made when the foot is flexed. This was done for 10 minutes for each leg (4 minutes pressure and 2 minutes rest and again for 4 minutes of pressure) (routinely and with pressures of 3-4 kg, weekly 3 sessions for 4 weeks). Timepoint: Periods of maternal hemorrhagic reflection before the first intervention, two weeks after the first intervention and one day after the last intervention. Method of measurement: The demographic data of the mothers included age, education, occupation, number of children, household income, newborns sex, history of premature infants, the reasons for the newborn and the type of delivery of mothers. The instrument for measuring anxiety and depression in mothers was depression, anxiety and stress (DASS-42). This questionnaire will be completed before the first intervention, two weeks after the first intervention and one day after the last intervention by the mothers. | — |
