Inclusion criteria: Cancer Patients Candidate for Capsitibine Therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Increased liver enzymes increased blood creatinine fever, and severe neutropenia that need to be stopped Having Diabetes Use of immunosuppressant and anti-inflammatory drugs Having autoimmune diseases
