Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a related cardiovascular disease (high blood pressure, high cholesterol and obesity) Age between 30 to 60 years have filled the informed consent form Healthy people without related cardiovascular disease have been evaluated by a doctor as suitable for sports interventions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe cardiovascular disease (cardiovascular disease caused by heredity such as heart valve diseases or inter-atrial or inter ventricular holes or cardiovascular disease that does not improve with exercise) Other conditions that may not be suitable for exercise interventions, as will be assessed by the physician (e.g. disability or physical disability, heart surgery) Drug addict or alcohol user Pregnancy in women
