Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must live in the peripheral areas Participants must be mothers of children who are currently enrolled in schools in the peripheral areas . Participants must be willing to voluntarily participate in the study and provide informed consent. Not taking drugs that affect physical and mental abilities.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Existence of acute medical conditions or physical limitations that prevent mothers from participating in empowerment activities. The existence of psychological conditions that prevent them from participating in empowerment activities.
