Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: History of type 2 diabetes for at least one year Having at least 30 years of age for participants Having reading and writing skills Lack of other underlying diseases other than diabetes

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient's unwillingness to continue to collaborate in the research Missing more than one session in training classes Patient admission to the hospital during the duration of the research Failure to reenter the patient to complete the questionnaire
