Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the group discussion group, the researcher will place the caregivers in groups of six to eight, and they will complete the questionnaire before the intervention.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Family caregivers who have a child with fever above 37.8 degrees Family caregivers who have the ability to understand and speak Persian Family caregivers who are Psychologically and mentally able to cooperate Family caregivers who have children by age of 1 to 168 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in the study
