Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a history of hemodialysis for more than 6 months. Have a desire to participate in research. Be able to read and write. Age 18 to 65 years.

Exclusion criteria: History of attending similar classes History of kidney transplantation Existence of physical disabilities such as deafness, blindness
