Inclusion criteria: Willingness to cooperate with the researcher No history of ENT surgery No history of psychological diseases Not taking sedatives Rhinoplasty surgery candidate

Exclusion criteria: Not providing reliable answers to the questionnaire Having cardiovascular and underlying diseases Coagulation problems receive Pyramid anesthesia before entering the operating room Emergency surgery
