Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: PCOS women based on Rotterdam criteria who were candidate for ART Serum estradiol level more than 3000 pg/ml on triggering day Ovarian stimulation with GnRH antagonist protocol Age between 20-38 years Body Mass Index > 18 and < 30
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Sever endometriosis Sever male factor infertility Uterine anomaly Metabolic disease
