Inclusion criteria: Being 40-60 years old Being Iranian Willingness of people to participate in the study Literacy No history of breast cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Placement of individuals in the action and maintenance phase based on the stages of changing Rakowski mammography behavior
