Inclusion criteria: Age 18 to 65 years Having symptoms includes pain after defecation bleeding or both

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Recurrent fissure Fissures in an unusual position No pain

Onset of pain reduction. Timepoint: This variable was measured after each use of the drug by the patient. Method of measurement: Based on questions from the patient.;Maximum relaxation time. Timepoint: This variable was measured after each use of the drug by the patient. Method of measurement: Visual Analogue Scale.;Duration of treatment. Timepoint: After complete consumption of the drug by the patient and complete recovery. Method of measurement: Based on questions from the patient.;The length of the recovery period.
