Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age 45 to 75 years Pain score more than 4 Diagnosis of knee osteoarthritis based on the criteria of the American College of Rheumatology (ACR)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Other joint diseases Hypersensitivity to NSAID or pregabalin Severe osteoarthritis that requires surgery Taking oral pregabalin or duloxetine Taking narcotic painkillers
