Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years; Participants should be employed as full-time staff in the knowledge based companies; The participant has a working experience of at least six months in the knowledge based companies; The participant must work in office sector (including work activities in the company's office, such as work with computers, laboratories, research, attending meetings and other office work related activities) for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 12 hours per day. The participant has filled informed consent form; Good general health; not being treated for a musculoskeletal disorder diagnosed by a doctor.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The participant with another job in addition to office tasks; Pregnancy in female participants; Acute skeletal-muscular disorders or other illness that affects the sensation of pain and discomfort in the musculoskeletal system.

Work related musculoskeletal disorders prevalence. Timepoint: Before the interventions, one month and three months and six months after the interventions.
