Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 60 years and above Diagnosed type 2 diabetes, with an active file DPN definitively diagnosed or screened More than 20 points in the leaf balance test Smartphone access Diabetes with good and moderate control (glycosylated hemoglobin less than 8 and blood pressure less than 140/95)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of active plantar ulcer. Performing surgery on the knee, ankle or hip during the intervention period Performing arthroplasty and/or lower limb orthosis or indication of lower limb arthroplasty during the intervention period Dementia or inability to provide consistent information or occurrence of severe psychotic disorder during the study Receiving physiotherapy and occupational therapy services related to ankle and balance during the intervention period according to the opinion of the professors Occurrence of major vascular complications and/or retinopathy requiring interventional measures Reluctance to continue cooperation after 3 times coordination and follow-up Diagnosis of neurological diseases during the study

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Strength of muscles. Timepoint: Before the study, every month during the 3 months of the intervention and after the intervention. In general, muscle strength will be measured 4 times. Method of measurement: It will be measured using a Nicolas hand dynamometer device (model 01163, Lafayette company, made in England).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Fear of falling. Timepoint: Before the study, every month during the 3 months of the intervention and after the intervention. In general, muscle strength will be measured 4 times. Method of measurement: An improved version of the FES-I self-administered fear of falling scale is a self-report, 16-item questionnaire that assesses one's fear of falling during 10 activities of daily living, including cleaning, dressing, preparing food, It rates simple and bathing from 1 to 4.
