Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Presence of Erectile dysfunction Presence of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Normal Serum Testosterone level IIEF=<16
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Contraindication for Tadalafil consumption including: Heart disease, Hypertension and Nitrocontin consumption Contraindication for Tadalafil consumption including: liver disorder and prostate cancer
