Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diabetes mellitus type 1 (according to ISPAD 2014 criteria) Age at diagnosis: 2-6 years old Lasting at least 1 year since diagnosis Desire to use insulin Detemir

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The use of drugs that are effective on controlling diabetes
