Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: pass a minimum of one semester from the start of your studies not having severe educational problems such as probation the absence of chronic and psychological illnesses (according to the student himself ) not pregnancy having smart phone satisfaction to enter the study

Exclusion criteria: Unwilling to participate in the study
