Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The child has undergone cardiac angiography for the first time. The child is the only child in the family with congenital heart disease. From a mental health point of view, the mother should not have a medical record. The mother is literate. The child has no other chronic illness such as asthma, epilepsy, diabetes and kidney failure. The father of the family should not be addicted or unemployed. No family history of divorce. The primary responsibility for caring for a child with congenital heart disease in the family is the responsibility of the mother.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mother refuses to continue cooperation. The child should be discharged or transferred to another health center without the knowledge of the researcher. Serious problems for the child to get out of the normal Angiography routine.
