Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Normal karyotype People who are still menstruating but have an AMH below 1 and have had less than 3 oocytes in the previous two IVF cycles. • FSH > 25 on two occasions and amenorrhea for at least 4 months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Thyroid disease Congenital problems of the birth canal Autoimmune diseases Family history of ovarian masses History of cancer and chemotherapy or radiotherapy Hepatitis B and C and HIV positive Severe endometriosis

Antral Follicular count (AFC). Timepoint: Anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH). Method of measurement: Follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH).
