Inclusion criteria: Being over 18 years of age The main caregiver of the patient In the last one month, there has not been a divorce and death crisis The main caregiver able to read text messages sent during Patient aggression

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The main caregiver have a degree in medicine, nursing, and psychology Unwillingness to participate in the study
