Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All neonates admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit who have a indication of starting TPN.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Parental dissatisfaction Sepsis Getting worse Receive TPN in less than 5 days
