Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the "intervention" group, 10 sessions of transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) will be done with the "Medina Teb" instrument which is made in United Kin
However, no stimulation will be done (Sham).

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range of 18 - 65 years old Bipolar disorder type-I patients in depression phase based on DSM-5 criteria's Cigarette smoker Informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from mental disability, Epilepsy, Dementia, Delirium or other cognitive disorders Pregnancy or breast-feeding Medical conditions which are serious and may interfere with the study Use of electro convulsive therapy (ECT) during the recent past 6 months High risk of suicide Alcohol or other drugs abuse and dependence

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Cognition. Timepoint: 1st and 5th Sessions and the day after 10th Session. Method of measurement: Passat test, Digit Span and Digit symbol of Adult Wechsler Rating Scale.
