Inclusion criteria: Candidates for Bimaxillary Orthognathic Surgery referring to Mashhad Dental School

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Any intraoperative complication that prolongs operation length of time or changes the treatment plan Any intraoperative complication that Leads to the surgeon request for eliminating the blinding

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Matching the surgery outcome with primary treatment plan. Timepoint: After the surgery. Method of measurement: Matching pre- and post-operative lateral cephalometry radiographies based on Superimposition of SN line, SNA angle, PNS, ANS points.
