Inclusion criteria: Children aged 7-18 years Have metabolic syndrome Satisfaction for participation in research project

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from cancer or chronic liver or kidney diseases Use of corticosteroids Oral intolerance to administered supplement Not satisfied with continuation of the study Allergy to turmeric / black pepper

Improvement of metabolic syndrome according to Cook`s definition. Timepoint: Baseline, after 3 months. Method of measurement: Measurement the components of metabolic syndrome according to Cook`s criteria includes: blood pressure with digital manometer and determine its percentile for children, use tape measure for waist circumference, blood sample to assess TG, HDL, FBS.;Anthropometric indices including height, weight, hip circumference, waist circumference, body mass index (BMI) and their related percentiles. Timepoint: Baseline, after 3 months. Method of measurement: Use tape measure for hip and waist circumferences and height, use a digital scale for measuring weight.;Total Cholestrol. Timepoint: Baseline, after 3 months. Method of measurement: Blood sample.;Low-density lipoprotein (LDL). Timepoint: Baseline, after 3 months. Method of measurement: Blood sample.;High-density lipoprotein (HDL). Timepoint: Baseline, after 3 months. Method of measurement: Blood sample.;Fasting blood glucose.
