Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Women aged 18 to 44 years old - Active climber (history of climbing to altitudes above 4000 meters and regular mountaineering activity within the past year) - Regular aerobic exercise at least three sessions per week
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Overnight stay at altitudes above 2700 m in the two weeks prior to the start of the study Any cardiovascular, pulmonary, or metabolic disease History of seizures, epilepsy, or other neurological diseases History of chronic diseases and physical problems during exercise or hypoxia Presence of implantable devices or pacemakers Color blindness or any visual or hearing impairment
