Inclusion criteria: Have at least a bachelor's degree in nursing At least six months of ICU clinical experience. Not passing the Delirium training course over the past 5 years Having at least computer literacy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Getting out of the intensive care unit before completing the study for any reason Failure to complete the questionnaire completely
