Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stay in the ward for at least three days Children between the ages of 4 and 12 Having the full awareness and desire of the child and parents to cooperate Mother's companionship during hospitalization Having a score of 41 and more from the Sleep Disorders Questionnaire according to similar studies The girl being the child studied according to the Ethics Committee

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: scars and any special skin effects on the body Baby take hypnotic drugs Children with mental retardation and autism

Quantity of sleeping children hospitalized. Timepoint: Measurement of sleep quantity in the intervention and control groups three days each day at 8am.
