Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with acute brain ischemic stroke Referral in the first 24 hours after the onset of symptoms No recent history of statin use
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Past history of autoimmune disease or rheumatology diseases Recent drug history of antineoplastic or anti-inflammatory Past history of statin's hypersensivity
