Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: A candidate for endoscopy or colonoscopy is based on a physician's opinion Ability to read, write and understand Persian language to complete the questionnaire Having awareness and satisfaction to participate in research Not receiving treatment to reduce anxiety other than midazolam

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a history of mental disorders Having severe pain

Anxiety: A common sense of humor that is experienced in confronting offenders. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and after the intervention. Method of measurement: The state-trait anxiety inventory.;Vital signs: Life-measurable symptoms such as blood pressure, pulse rate, respiration rate and temperature. Timepoint: The beginning of the study and after the intervention. Method of measurement: Articulated pressure gauge and radial pulse.
