Intervention group: applying a piece of gauze moistened with normal saline solution and a thin layer (1mm thick) fresh Kordestan honey for 45 min.

Inclusion criteria: no history of systemic conditions, use of medications and allergy to honey not repeatedly used honey during the previous 6-month period. need removal of one deciduous molar tooth,

Exclusion criteria: Any systemic conditions that prevent dental treatment under local anesthesia A history of allergy to the substance of anesthesia and sulfate and honey
